As we navigate through one of the most challenging at the same time interesting time in the Steel industry, Steel Mont as a company is gearing up to this challenge of 3 fronts. Geographical front, Strategic suppliers and new products and people Geographically our company is now focusing on Europe as we see increasing opportunities in value accretive business in Europe. Our engagement with Aferpi is an example of the steps and direction our company is taking. We see a long term value that both companies are able to create for each other and all its stake holders.
Our next focus is on the product and business level. We are rationalizing our product and service basket again with a clear objective of having products which are strategic to our customers and to our suppliers. Our association with end users is an example of how we are endeavoring to create strategic fit for both our customer and supplier. As a company, we are now closely and continuously looking for new product and growth avenues, including paper, grains, specialty steel. This would add significant topline and bottom line to our operations in the next 2-3 years.
Our people are our biggest asset and Steel Mont is proud to have dedicated, qualified and committed people. We continue to invest in our people and their development continuously. As the company is now preparing itself for the next growth phase, the team is excited and prepared.
